The LH-UDS team (Unstoppable Dream Shot), comprising 15 members and guided by lecturer Nguyen Dinh Dai, will compete at the ABU Robocon 2025. The team was crowned champion of the Vietnam Robocon 2025 and made history as the first to score a three-point shot in the final match.

At the event, the team performed a solemn oath ceremony, affirming their determination to bring glory to Vietnam on the international arena. They have undergone eight months of rigorous training with strict discipline, overcoming numerous technical and strategic challenges to prepare for the competition.

As the official sponsor, VTourist Travel Joint Stock Company will accompany LHU Robocon on its journey toward the championship title

The theme of ABU Robocon 2025 is “Basketball Warriors”, requiring robots to simulate key basketball skills such as shooting, passing, and catching. Each match is strictly timed (120 seconds for qualifiers and 160 seconds for knockout rounds).

This year’s contest emphasizes direct confrontation, demanding smart strategies right from the beginning. The LHU team has thoroughly studied the rules and stayed committed to their chosen playstyle - focusing on their robot’s blocking ability and solid defense to prevent opponents from crossing the court and scoring.

In 2019, LHU’s LH-WAO team secured Third prize and received the MABUCHI Award from the contest sponsor at ABU Robocon in Mongolia. Now, with the LH-UDS team, LHU returns to Mongolia with renewed determination and the ambition to claim the championship title. The team is ready to compete against strong rivals from Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), and others - totaling 14 teams from 13 countries and territories.
