    FAIE. Participates in the Celebration of the 116th Anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8)

    In celebration of the 116th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2026), on March 7, 2026, the Trade Union of Lac Hong University organized a commemorative program combined with the cooking contest “Hotpot of the Three Regions” and the 2026 Trade Union New Year Gathering at Tran Bien Temple of Literature – Assembly Hall

    The event took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere with the participation of many staff members and lecturers from different units across the university. This meaningful occasion not only honored the important contributions of women in education but also provided an opportunity for departments to connect, interact, and strengthen the spirit of solidarity within the Lac Hong University community.

    🤝 Spreading the spirit of solidarity and creativity

    In response to this meaningful activity, The Faculty of Administration International Economics actively participated in the cooking contest with a spirit of unity, creativity, and responsibility.

    The faculty’s team presented the dish “Chicken Hotpot with Giang Leaves”, a traditional Vietnamese dish prepared carefully from ingredient selection to cooking and presentation.

    Through the competition, team members not only demonstrated their culinary skills but also conveyed a strong sense of teamwork and enthusiasm in the university’s collective activities.

    Memorable interactions and meaningful moments

    Within the framework of the program, participating teams had the opportunity to meet, interact, and capture memorable moments together. Bright smiles and commemorative photos taken at the event’s photo backdrop contributed to creating a friendly and connected atmosphere among units within the Lac Hong University community.

    🍲 A dish rich in traditional flavor

    The Chicken Hotpot with Giang Leaves presented by The Faculty of Administration International Economics impressed the judges with the refreshing sour taste of giang leaves, harmoniously blended with the natural sweetness of chicken and various accompanying vegetables.

    In addition to focusing on the taste of the dish, the team also invested effort in its presentation, demonstrating the dedication and refinement of the participating members.

    🏆 Recognizing the collective efforts of the faculty

    With thorough preparation and enthusiastic participation, The Faculty of Administration International Economics was honored to receive the Encouragement Prize in the “Hotpot of the Three Regions” Cooking Contest.

    This achievement recognizes the faculty’s efforts and active contributions to the university’s extracurricular and community activities.

    Honoring cultural beauty through the Ao Dai

    In addition to the cooking contest, the faculty also actively participated in the “LHU Ao Dai Beauty” Competition. With careful preparation and strong team spirit, The Faculty of Administration International Economics proudly won the Third Prize (Team Category), contributing to honoring the graceful beauty of the Ao Dai, the traditional attire of Vietnamese women.

    The celebration of the 116th anniversary of International Women’s Day was not only an occasion to express appreciation for the significant contributions of female staff and lecturers but also an opportunity for different units of Lac Hong University to strengthen connections, enhance solidarity, and build a positive and humane working environment.

    The enthusiastic participation of The Faculty of Administration International Economics contributed to the overall success of the program while reaffirming the faculty’s spirit of unity, dynamism, and responsibility in the university’s collective activities.
